Yarra Avenue Seafood and Grill

My wife and I come here quite often now. This is our go to for a quick and cheap takeaway meal. One the last decent local fish and chip shops with good prices and fast service. Usually get the schnitzel burger or a steak sandwich both quite good. Quality takeaway for 2 under $30 is hard to find now.

The best fish and chips in the north, the seafood is always fresh and cooked perfectly. The shop is spotless and the oil is clean so the food always tastes fresh. Jim and his family do an amazing job and always look after their customers. Couldn’t recommend it more!

I was so excited to hear of a gluten free fish and chip shop in Reservoir and within walking distance. It did not disappoint. Crispy batter and a great selection of fried goodies. Yum! I’ll be back for sure.
